I think this is not needed but well, I will explain it anyway and few other config you can edit by yourself.
This config file will have an already set-up configuration, like lang=9, accept auto res, don't follow target out of range, etc. This tool will basically copy paste mBot and organize it in up to 4 different folders with their respective config file. This tool doesn't do miracles, but it will save you some time as you won't have to set up each bot one by one (mBot users will understand how annoying is this.
